Payroll Administrator

  • Processing weekly and monthly payrolls in team
  • Processing Benefits Administration
  • Using Excel spreadsheets on a day to day basis
  • Process statutory payments and deductions relating to PAYE, NI, SMP, SAP, SPP, SSP
  • Distribute of P60s and P45s and pay advice slips
  • Process all timesheets to ensure correct payment is made by payment date
  • Process time off arrangements e.g. unpaid leave/leave of absence
  • Process third party requests e.g. mortgage/benefits claim requests, wages & salary information
  • Assist the Payroll Compliance team with checking payroll and exception reporting to ensure payroll accuracy
  • Any other duties as instructed by the Payroll Manager
