Payroll Administrator

EAC are currently representing a full time role for a Payroll Administrator within the Luton area, the role would be perfect for an individual with Payroll/Administration experience or someone currently studying AAT.

The Role:

Payroll Administrator

On Offer:

Basic Salary of £18,000

The Duties:

Setup of payroll records for employers from information provided including HMRC registration, contracts and payroll file

Accurate weekly input of all detail from payroll user timesheets to payroll system

Calculation and recording of associated payroll detail for each employer (employee hours, payment, tax, NI, holidays, expenses etc.)

Timely creation of payslips for all service user employees

Year-end archiving

Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and direct enquiries from payroll users

Providing administrative support to Holding Accounts team on Payroll issues, payslips and HMRC payments

Assistance with Payroll mailshot preparation and production as required

Required Skills:

Experience of working within a busy Payroll or Administration environment

Sage 50 experience

Ability to work to strict deadlines

AAT Qualification would be beneficial
