Payroll administrator

I am currently working with an established accountancy practice that is looking for an experienced payroll administrator to join their team in Central London. They are looking for an individual who has 2 years’ worth of experience working in an accountancy practice or payroll bureau and is studying towards AAT qualifications.

This role includes:

  • Processing weekly and monthly payrolls from start to finish, including starters & leavers, sickness, overtime, maternity pay, pension contributions and change of personal details
  • Providing accurate pay slips to employees
  • Liaising with clients
  • Dealing with pension providers e.g. Aviva, Nest, etc
  • End of year compliance (P35s, P60s, etc)

For this role the ideal candidate will be studying AAT, have knowledge using cloud based software preferably Xero or Sage and be confident in working on your own.
