Payroll Administrator

Broster Buchanan are working in partnership with a reputable Peterborough business to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis.

It is essential that you have in depth knowledge of payroll and an ability to work to tight deadlines and strong communication skills are a must for this role.

The right candidate:

  • Experience of working within a busy payroll department, with good working knowledge of payroll systems, particularly Excel.

  • Excellent relationship with stakeholders.

  • Very good attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and an ability to explain sensitive matters to people on a personal level especially on the telephone.

  • Ideally you will be a strong team player able to work with others and willing to share work load.

  • Proactive
