Working in partnership with Seymour John, we are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator for our client who is a not for profit organisation offering valuable services to the community in the region.

We are looking for a someone with extensive end to end payroll and pension experience and has the ability to deal with a complex monthly payroll and pension scheme using the Sage Payroll. The payroll is made up of around 600 staff in total, and incorporates complex shift patterns. You will need a flexible approach to your work, as you will also be expected to assist generally with Accounts functions as and when required.

The ideal candidate:

  • Ability to run and operate a fast paced and complex Payroll and Pension Scheme
  • Sage Payroll with a good level of excel skills
  • General Accounts Administrator experience

This opportunity would suit a candidate who enjoys problem solving, in a busy and rewarding environment. You will need to be able to 'think on your feet’ and have a good eye for detail. Being a team player and a confident communicator is essential.
