Trading since 1980, a leading independent provider of care in the UK with a an established and unrivalled reputation for delivering a real and lasting difference for its service users have a requirement for a Payroll Administrator to join their team initially on a 6 month temporary basis.
Your new role
Providing payroll services to over 21,000 employees, this temporary Payroll Administrator role will see you responsible for ensuring that all employees related data is correctly loaded onto the payroll system and that all amendments have been completed. That you ensure that all payslips and associated documentation are produced and received by employees in a timely and effective manner. To answer any employee payroll queries. Ensure that all documentation is correctly file and that you provide an effective and efficient service at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this full time, temporary Payroll Administrator position, you must have a least one years experience of working within payroll (this can be as part of a wider finance role). You must e familiar with payroll legislation regarding statutory payments and tax codes. Ideally you will have had exposure to I-Trent but this is not essential.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be working in modern, well equipped, open plan offices on the West side of Leicester. You will be part of a established team and be given the opportunity to learn the wider payroll duties. Whilst this is an initial 6 month temporary contract, due to exciting growth plans there is the opportunity for this to become a permanent role for the right candidate. The starting salary for this role is £9.23 per hour and is offered on a 37.5 hour working week.
