Payroll Administrator Part time

The Just Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a well established company based in Eye, Suffolk.

Hours Mon-Fri 10.00-14.00

Duties include:

*Responsible for the preparation and processing of the four-weekly payroll for approximately 150 employees on the Sage payroll system. (This includes the entire cycle of payroll processing from capturing of new employees,, leave, terminations and check and authorize changes to hours)
*Responsible for the co-ordination between Payroll and HR, to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data
*Maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; review changes for proper authorization
*Generating standard payroll reports as required
*Keep abrest with Company policies and tax legislation that impact on remuneration
*Communicate payroll changes to the Group HR Manager and Finance Director as appropriate

Qualifications and Skills

*Demonstrable experience in a payroll administration role performing all payroll functions
*Excellent IT skills including MS Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer and ideally Sage payroll
*Strong skills using and understanding the flow of transactions in a payroll accounting system
*Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
