Due to continuing growth in their Pensions Administration practice my client, a leading financial services consultancy, currently seek a number of Payroll Administrators to join their growing team. Working on a number of pension payrolls it will be your responsibility to ensure the effective processing for over 30,000 pensioners.
Working closely with the benefits team your duties will include:
- inputting payroll data
- handling pension enquiries
- assisting scheme auditors
- managing the in-house BACS bureau
- checking of less experienced colleagues work - running assigned payrolls
- month and year end reconciliations
Applicants must have previous payroll experience and knowledge of PAYE and other payroll legislation. You will possess a good standard of education with A-C grades in English & Maths GCSE's along with a keen eye for detail and strong numeracy, written and customer service skills.
