There is 1 permanent post and 3 fixed term contracts (6 months) available.

About the Role
Are you a hard-working individual with an accurate eye for detail?
The Employee Services team are needing customer-focused individuals to support a variety of HR & Payroll transactional activities.
Responsibilities will include updating information on our SAP database and daily liaison with managers and staff. You will ensure general administrative tasks such as input of contractual changes, and checking of files, are completed accurately and to set deadlines.
Reporting to one of the Employee Services Hub Leaders you will be responsible for responding to queries and providing excellent customer service, as well as making suggestions for where processes can be improved.
The successful candidate will be able to prove their attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy under pressure. You will be required to demonstrate your use of different IT systems and applications, as well as your ability to follow procedures and work to deadlines. You should be educated to GCSE level or equivalent. Whilst previous Employee Services or Payroll experience is not essential, ideally you should have some office based experience and a desire to work in a fast paced team environment.
