Payroll Administrator Essex

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a growing & profitable recruitment business. This role sits within a crucial part of the business meeting demands from sales teams, workers and clients.

This position is part time working 2-3 days a week.
The salary is £20-£22K per annum pro-rata.

Your hands on duties will include:

*Day to day processing of timesheets
*Using various online timesheet systems
*Producing reports in relation to the weekly payroll
*Sending of payslips
*Submission of RTI Reports
*Producing payment schedules for umbrella payments
*Adding new starters to the payroll system
*Dealing with payment advances
*Dealing with candidate payment queries
*Dealing with consultant queries
*Other Ad-hoc duties

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of:

*Previous experience in a Payroll Administrator role
*Ideally have knowledge of the Tempaid system

Skills and Behaviours Required

*Strong communication skills
*Ability to work as part of a team
*Good IT skills including Excel
*Ability to work to deadlines
*Maintain good customer service

This role is based at our modern head office in Essex (close to the M25 junction 26) you will benefit from an excellent in house training and support network.
