We're looking for a Pensions Payroll Administrator to join us on a 12-month FTC and help us to continue to delight our clients.

Previous Payroll Administration or experience within a similar role is essential!

About the role

Working within a wider team of payroll administrators you will be responsible for maintaining payroll records to enable the payment of pensions to be accurate and on time, providing optimum levels of customer service to the client in terms of quality, cost and time.

  • Ensure that scheme records are created and maintained in a consistent and accurate manner, using the appropriate systems

  • Providing excellent customer service to all pensioners, clients and third parties in line with service level agreements

  • Working to performance targets and quality standards, ensuring they are consistently met

  • Ensure that all payrolls are completed accurately and on time

  • Meeting and adhering to all regulatory and legislation requirements

  • To be the primary contact for member queries

About you

  • Previous Payroll experience is highly advantageous but not essential as training will be given

  • You must have previously worked in a customer service role with administrative duties

  • Ability to work within a busy office environment towards KPI'S and SLA's

  • Can use MS Word to create simple letters and reports and MS Excel to create simple spreadsheets with basic calculations'

  • An understanding of process flows including incoming work allocations and work completed

  • A strong understanding of excellent customer service

  • Demonstrates an attitude of 'get it right first time' for all customer outputs.

  • Can create quality letters and email communications
