This is a lovely family run business that is located in modern offices in Redditch. You will be assisting with the Payroll and scheduling rota's for employees. If you have experience with SAGE, payroll and want Part time hours then this is the role for you. Hours 8am-2:30pm, £9 Per hour.

Duties for the role will include:

Payroll:

• Deal with Payroll queries

• Assist the Payroll Manager

• Payroll administration

• Maintaining confidentiality

• Ensure SAGE50 is accurate and up to date

• Calculating sick pay and maternity pay

• Assisting with checking of time sheets

Rota Scheduling:

• Ensure the Rota Booking system is up to date

• Proactively plan rotas, forward planning taking into consideration of busy periods.

• Arranging cover for holidays/absences when needed.

• Prioritising workload with particular consideration to issues arising.

• Liaise with the finance team regarding invoices

• Advise clients if any closures / Sickness / Potential issues of employees and provide solutions if necessary

General Office duties:

• Stationary Orders

• Raising Letters / Paperwork

• Assisting with Human Resources department

• Answering Telephone calls

You MUST have payroll and SAGE experience for this position.
