Payout Administrator

A leading business based in Bracknell is looking to recruit 2 x Payout Administrator's to join their team.

The payout team is responsible for processing lease documentation which involves checking lease agreements, supplier invoices and completing verbal delivery checks with customers and processing outstanding documentation.

You will have a lot of contact with the supplier base, mainly chasing outstanding paperwork, installation dates and completion of deals, payments as well as similar contact with end users.

Other duties include processing all legal paperwork, building a good rapport with customers and ensuring swift payments are made.

Salary/Benefits:

Hours are 9 - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday and 9 - 5pm Friday + 23 days holiday, free parking, pension, healthcare.

The client is recruiting 2 x payout admin's, salary offered will be between £18,000 - £25,000 depending on skills and experience.
