Contractor Payments Administrator - Permanent - £19,000 - £22,000

Wade Macdonald are currently recruiting for a Contract Payments Administrator to join a great team in Reading.

Duties include:

  • Time sheet processing.

  • Weekly sales and self bill invoice generation for approved time sheets.

  • Weekly sales and purchase ledger exports from online time sheet portal to Navision.

  • Entering of paper time sheet onto online time sheets.

  • Adjustment, credit note and permanent placement invoice processing.

  • Printing and filling of weekly payroll reports.

  • Weekly dispatch of sales invoices and contractor remittance advice's.

  • Generate payments for contractor limited companies on a weekly basis and ad-hoc payments as required.

  • Payroll Processing.

  • Reconciliations.

  • Communications to clients, contractors and limited company queries.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of IT systems especially MS Excel.

  • Previous payroll experience.

  • Previous experience of time sheet processing for PAYE/ umbrella companies.

  • Clear communications.

  • Methodical approach.
