We are looking for a Payment Services Consultant to join our team and support accurate recording, reconciliation and payment of remuneration received by Tenet and provide a high level of service to customers and colleagues. This is a part- time opportunity, 3 days per week (21 hours). We are looking to appoint someone who is able to work Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays however we have some flexibility where needed.

 Salary up to £19, 000 per annum (pro rata) dependent on skills and experience.

In terms of what we do, we are an award winning Independent Financial Adviser support group with over 25 years industry experience.  We provide a wide range of services that enable us to provide quality financial advice and services to meet the requirements of our clients. 

What you’ll be getting up to:

  • Following processes and systems to support the prompt and accurate reconciliation and payment of income in accordance with department policy and procedures
  • Delivering accurate and prompt responses to queries raised by customers and colleagues
  • Following processes and procedures that support the operational controls in place within the wider department
  • Operating systems to minimise and prevent complaints and to promote quality of service
  • Managing the relationships with the providers, platforms and lenders that support our agency structure and payment arrangements

You will be able to demonstrate the following skillsets:

  • Team player with pervious administration/ data entry experience
  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Effective organisational skills with good attention to detail
