My client are a £100 Million + Turnover Main Contractor that are a UK based firm with a regional office out of Manchester that turned oved £40 Million last year. They are looking for someone to join there team out of the Manchester office to do Regional and National work across Listed, Professional and Retail buildings around the North West. Predominantly Fit Outs with some Conversions, Upgrades and a very rare New Build.
Initial Project -
High End Banking Front of House in the City Centre of Manchester that is currently being fitted out. They are looking for someone to join the team to control the entire projects and the rest of the Roll Out for this client. The Roll Out is worth £20 Million with each project averaging at about £1 million. Job includes all the partitions, Counters and all internal fit out to handover. Average turn around is 4 - 8 weeks dependant on the size of the project.
The right person for the role -
Essential - Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS), Construction Skills Certification Scheme Card (CSCS) and there First Aid.
Someone with a Minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry with a MINIMUM of 2 years as a Site Manager. They are looking for someone who is currently or previously working/worked for a Main Contractor and have the knowledge of the procedural environment that comes hand in hand with working for a Main Contractor.
Must be able to supply references.
Remuneration - £40K - £45K + Car/Allowance
The client are looking to interview towards the end of the current week and have a numerous slots to interview over the course of the following week, If your application is successful you will be meeting with higher management at the firm.
