Pay20grading project job based in North Wales, paying up to 50k (12 month contract)
Your new company
A long established, multi site public sector organisation who have successfully delivered a large amount of change in recent years. As the organisation continues to move forward they are looking to complete their change with a large transformation project.
Your new role
You will be leading the pay20grading review across the organisation to encompass the development20implementation of a new Job Evaluation Scheme20Market Review.
Your key responsibilities will include: building a high performing team, working collaboratively with both local and full time trades union representatives. to follow the agreed Pay & Grading Review Roadmap to implement the project plan, whilst ensuring that key milestones are achieved with full stakeholder engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in delivering pay20grading projects and job evaluation. You will have ideally worked in a public sector organisation20have an understanding of how they operate. You will be available for a 12 month period and be committed to completing the project.
