Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Services Lead to join our multidisciplinary team at Emersons Green NHS Treatment Centre on a fixed term basis for 12 months.

Responsible To

Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities

As the Patient Services Lead you will be expected to support the Administration Manager with the supervision and leadership of the Patient Booking and Patient Administration Teams. You will work within these teams in accordance with the protocols for each area ensuring each teams key performance indicator's (KPI's) are achieved.

Key duties will include:

• Deputising for the Administration Manager in their absence
• Supporting all teams above on a day to day basis stepping in the provide cover for annual leave and sickness when required
• Organising and supervising all roles related to the processes to ensure smooth running of the teams


• Good general education, GCSE/O’level standard of education to include English or equivalent

Additional Information

Please note that candidates must be flexible to work to shift patterns which will include evenings and weekend working hours.

The salary for this position is £21,000 per annum.
