Are you experienced in Customer Relations, passionate about providing a 5* star customer service experience? Do you have a consistent, professional attitude able to demonstrate that your are personable, confident and articulate at all times?

If so we have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Patient Liaison Manager based at our Freedom Vision Head Office in Bolton on a permanent basis.

This role plays a pivotal part in delivering the highest standards of customer care and support throughout the Freedom Vision patient experience; right from first enquiry through to surgery/treatment and patient aftercare.

You will be responsible for the conversion of leads to Freedom Vision patients, giving clear and individual advice on our premium services and benefits. Ultimately, you will aim to build relationships with the patients, understanding their needs, and using your personable skills to influence and support private patients in their choice of surgery/treatment.

You will operates as the 'customer champion’, escorting the patient through their whole pathway so a positive, presentation and professional outlook is essential to the success of this role. The overall purpose of this role is to deliver a consistent, high quality, positive experience for all patients with no exceptions.

  • Private healthcare experience

The hours are 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (some weekend and evening work will be needed in accordance to customer requirements so flexibility is essential to the success of this role)
