Patient Coordinator (Aesthetics and Skincare Clinic)
Our client, a successful aesthetics practice in London, is now looking for a Patient Coordinator to join their team.
Your role will be to hold consultations with prospective patients, convert consultations into bookings, and ensure that clients receive the highest quality patient experience, accompanying them on their treatment journey from start to finish.
You will conduct patient consultations for a range of treatments, including injectables, body sculpting, advanced skincare (skin peels, micro-needling, laser rejuvenation), and more.
You will answer questions relating to procedures, schedule appointments, consult on costs and payment options, deal with client issues or complaints, and ensure that the correct paperwork has been completed and patient files are up-to-date and accurate.
You will work towards sales targets, and you will work closely with the aesthetic practitioners, helping to motivate them to hit their own targets. You will have the chance to earn an excellent rate of commission in return.
Skills and experience required
To be successful in your application, it is essential that you have experience of working in a similar role, and you can provide examples of your success in a customer-facing sales role.
- Have experience of working in sales in aesthetic medicine or cosmetic surgery
- Understand the importance of patient confidentiality and discretion
- Be confident, friendly and professional when dealing with clients
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Have a strong interest in aesthetic medicine
- Have good IT and admin skills
