My client, a leading contract catering supplier, is looking for a patient catering team leader to support at team working at their main Norfolk site.
To provide and efficient and effective catering service for patients as a patient catering team leader
To maintain the cleanliness of all working areas, adhering to the companies procedures & EHO
Some roles involve food production, so will require you to produce items of food in line with the required standards
To maintain correct food storage and stock rotation to minimise food waste
Experience and Skills required
Previous experience, leading a team, within the hospitality industry is essential
Great communication skills, to communicate with customers and colleagues
Ability to adapt to situations
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work at extremely high standards set by management and follow instructions
Food hygiene certificate would be advantageous but not essential
DBS certificate would be advantageous but not essential
Starting rate of £7.70, raising to £7.88 after 12 weeks
Enhancements are paid are 12 weeks
Day time hours
Shift pattern of 4 on 4 off
Temp to perm role, equating to a salary of £19,469 once permanent
