Role and Duties:

  • Preparing and sending correspondence and invoices to clients, including audiotyping;
  • Reviewing official correspondence from e.g. patent offices and reporting to clients;
  • Reviewing incoming emails, noting instructions and relevant deadlines, replying where appropriate, and saving to electronic files;
  • Assisting with arrangements of overseas trips;
  • Compliance with relevant protocols

Recording and passing on telephone messages accurately and promptly


Experience with patents preferred but not essential

Minimum GCSE Educated, some experience of working in an office environment preferred experience working with trade marks and patents is an advantage

Must have good MS office skills with Adobe Acrobat

Based Moorgate- city

35 people in London office

Replacement role

Ideal 1-2 years legal/patent secretarial experience

Candidates with intellectual Property background or legal preferred
