Patent Paralegal

Our client, an established firm with an incredible reputation is looking for an enthusiastic patent secretary or paralegal assistant who is keen to progress their career in patents within a fast moving team. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 1 years’ experience within a Patent Secretary/administration role and will be familiar with supporting fee earners. Candidates must have fantastic communication and organisational skills and have the ability to prioritise a heavy workload.

Some of the key duties of this role include:

  • Updating and amending records accordingly on internal database

  • Organising invoices, and liaising with accounts when needed

  • Liaising with EUIPO and UKIPO regarding applications, deadlines, amendments and updates

  • Managing travel arrangements, diary management and booking business/client meetings

  • Other ad hoc duties
