Patent Administration Secretary

A Tier 1 Intellectual Property firm is seeking an experienced Patent Administration Secretary to join their friendly team in the heart of London.

Our client has a truly global reach and because of this, it is absolutely essential that any potential candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ experience within patents, demonstrable PA skills and the ability to work well in a very busy team.

Some of the duties the successful candidate can expect to be carrying out include:

  • Using Inprotech to look up case/client information, using links to EPO, UKIPO etc.
  • PA Secretarial tasks
  • Management of files
  • Photocopying, scanning, emailing and faxing correspondence
  • Preparation of invoices
  • Liaising fee earners and other departments
  • Arranging travel itinerary, diary management

The successful candidate will have sound communication skills, and have the ability to prioritise and manage a heavy workload.
