This prestigious, world famous restaurant is seeking a very talented Pastry Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for any ambitious pastry chef that joins this restaurant as you will be given the opportunity to be promoted to a Head Pastry Chef.
This restaurant has gained a reputation for serving some of the finest British/European cuisine and there is a strong focus on using only the freshest, seasonal produce available. You must have proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef within establishments of 1/2 Michelin Star ratings.
As the Pastry Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to create new dessert menus and implement them. You would be responsible for training any junior chefs under your wing as well as be in charge of the pastry kitchen in the absence of the executive pastry chef. An excellent salary package of up to £35,000 per annum is available for the right Pastry Sous Chef
