My clients wonderful pastry kitchen, currently has an opening for a Demi Chef de Partie to join their team! Responsible for all pastry work for the hotel, this is a busy and exciting section where you can expect variety in the dishes you create whilst playing a pivotal role in the successful service within our Food & Beverage outlets, including the provision of afternoon tea.
Temporary accommodation on offer, subject to availability.
Salary: £20,067 per annum?
- A solid knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques.
- Competent within Pastry.
- Qualified to SVQ 2 or 3 level or equivalent, preferred.
- A motivated and passionate team player.
- A desire to learn and develop.
