A Pastry Chef role is available at an award winning hotel located in Berkshire
The Head Chef of a two AA Rosette awarded hotel is recruiting for a Pastry Chef to take control of the pastry section in the kitchen. In this role of Pastry Chef you will be required to create modern dishes that push the boundaries having been given full autonomy on the dessert menus for the restaurant and afternoon teas. There is also a function room at the property which you will also be catering for. As Pastry Chef you will also be required to train the junior chefs when they work on the pastry section.
A talented Pastry Chef who has experience working at two AA Rosette level in their most recent role is needed for this position. A creative chef who is fully up to date with modern techniques and presentation style would be ideal for the role.
