Pastry Chef - Liverpool - £18,000 + tips - 2 Rosette Level
We're looking for an ambitious Pastry Chef to work along side a Michelin Experienced and 3 Rosette winning Head Chef for this well loved all day dining concept in Liverpool.
In this role you will have the opportunity to create your own desserts and work alongside the talented Head Chef in order to implement them onto the menu, leaning from their experience in the very best kitchens.
Ideally you will have experience as Pastry Chef at a minimum of 1 AA Rosette and have taken some responsibility for menu creation and worked in a small team.
You'll need to have a decent working knowledge of classic pastry techniques and a creative mind in order to modernise classics. You should be constantly inquisitive and always looking to learn new and interesting presentations and techniques.

* You have experience to a minimum of 1 AA Rosette
