They are an extremely established hotel on the outskirts of Aberdeen. The hotel has 120 bed rooms which has recently been refurbished. 2 main bars, 4 banqueting bars. 6 main functions suites for events up to 50 - 160 each. We offer a recently refurbished separate banqueting kitchen which is fully kitted for large events up to 500.
This is an excellent opportunity for a career motivated Head pastry Chef to head up the pastry operation and take us to a new level in Aberdeen. We aim to be the number one hotel in Scotland to work within the hospitality industry, for our staff. As the head pastry chef, you will have an open relationship with the head chef and executive sous chef in line with menu planning and writing.
Responsibilities as Head pastry Chef include:
*Reporting directly to the head chef, you will be fully responsible for the pastry Corner
*Have experience in a similarly high quality operation with multi outlets.
*Passionate, determined and consistent
*Able to drive the team forwards
*Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
