My client, a luxury hotel on the South Coast in Cornwall are looking for a Pastry Chef to lead the Pastry team serving award winning fine dining dishes.
They are looking for a talented professional capable of leading and inspiring the pastry team - previous Rosette experience is preferable.
You will produce a full range of classic and artisan breads, pastries, petit fours, desserts, celebration cakes and scones etc…
Taking control of this section, and working closely with the Head and Sous Chef, you will ensure that 'ideas' become reality with special requests such as celebration cakes are completed with a sense of pride.
This is a full time permanent position.
