We are seeking a Pastry Chef to join the team at this boutique hotel near Truro to work in their vibrant restaurant serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner every day of the week. The hotel is on the harbourside and is busy throughout the year serving tourists and locals delicious fresh and local produce.Requirements of the Pastry Chef role:
- You will need to have previous experience as a Chef in a 2 rosette kitchen, although this may be your first role as a Pastry Chef with responsibility for the Pastry Section.
- You will need to be creative and innovative in developing desserts and dishes for the Restaurant.
- A good standard of accommodation can be provided for this position, therefore, you do not need to currently live locally.
