**Pastry Chef - Outstanding pub/restaurant - Ditching - upto £27,000pa**
We are currently looking for an experienced pastry Chef for this prestigious and award winning pub restaurant. Producing deserts to an incredibly high standard as well as a range of ice-creams and sorbets you will be responsible for the design, testing and implementing of all new deserts.
The ideal candidate will have experience at a similar level. Have passion, drive, and an eye for detail; a keen interest in current food trends will also be advantageous.
Having recently built a brand new bespoke kitchen, the team of 8 chefs are well equipped for the incredibly busy services you will be a part of. This is a fast paced quality kitchen so stability and consistency are the key to working as an integral part of this close knit team.
You MUST ensure food standards are kept high, be punctual and be a real team player the ability to work efficiently under pressure and either alone or as part of a team are essential.
Working approximately 45 hours a week across a mixture of splits and straight shifts the position is paying a salary of up to £27,000pa
