A luxury hotel in Berkshire is currently recruiting for a Pastry Chef to join the kitchen
A country hotel which offers luxury to its guests is seeking a Pastry Chef to work alongside the team of seven chefs in the kitchen. The fine dining restaurant at the hotel that has won awards and accolades for the high standards of dining on offer creates modern British dishes for an average of 20 covers a night. The property is also frequented by weddings with events seating up to 100 covers held throughout the year. In this role of Pastry Chef you will be preparing the desserts for the restaurant, private functions, the banqueting department creating modern, seasonal dishes and also baking cakes to supply 2 hotels.
All Pastry Chefs applying for this role should have been working in similar country house hotels where you were preparing dishes to at least one AA Rosette level. A creative chef who is looking for a role where they can become involved with menu design would be ideal for this role.
