Assist the Executive Head Chef, Head Pastry Chef to retain the 5 star standard and the 3 rosettes in the fine dining Restaurant.
The pastry Chef de partie will assist the head Chef and the sous chef in overseeing the Pastry, to include freshness of ingredients and mis en place, and to ensure that the pastry is ready for service in all outlets.
Assist in training the Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs, assist in day to day operation in ordering for the Head Pastry Chef.
Assist with HACCP and Health and Safety procedures.
