Pastry Chef de Partie - Modern British Restaurant, Central London
Salary up to £24K
We are currently looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie for a quintessentially modern British restaurant in Central London. Served in a relaxed and inviting setting, they offer an incredible menu of modern, fresh, seasonal British dishes.
Working alongside the Senior Pastry Chef, the CDP will be responsible for helping to run the restaurant’s pastry and desert section. They must have a creative flair and be keen to contribute their ideas towards the already impressive menu. Experience in molecular techniques would be advantageous.
We need a Pastry Chef de Partie who is looking to develop and learn. You will be joining an environment which hosts a strong team of exceptionally talented and respected culinary experts.
Applicants for this role will need to have at least 5 years’ experience in a Rosette/Michelin Star establishment, working with modern British desserts and with proven stability at Pastry CDP level.
