Our client is a busy hotel based in Horley in West Sussex that is recruiting a Pastry Chef with experience of rosette standard fine dining. You will be working with fresh ingredients to produce food of a high standard in a busy 4 Star Hotel
Job Description - Pastry Chef de Partie
As the Pastry Chef de Partie , you will be producing the pastry and bread products for the kitchen. You will be required to work in an efficient manner to the high standards set by the Head Chef. You will produce all breads and desserts for the Restaurant.
Experience - Pastry Chef de Partie
You will already be working as a Pastry Chef in a good quality hotel which features fine dining with an emphasis on using fresh ingredients. You will have worked to ideally Rosette level and have a professional cookery qualification.
