A Pastry Chef de Partie role is now available at a luxury, boutique style hotel in Berkshire
Working within a team of two on the pastry section at a luxury hotel this role of Pastry Chef de Partie will see you catering for the hotel’s fine dining restaurant, the bar/ terrace, private dining and the afternoon tea service. In this role of Pastry Chef de Partie you will be working with quality fresh ingredients with menus that follow the seasons and will be given an input on the dessert menus allowing you to be creative in the kitchen.
The Head Chef is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie for this role who can step into the kitchen and hit the floor running straight away. The ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment where you will be catering for a variety of different outlets is essential.
