This beautiful 3AA country Inn in West Oxfordshire in the heart of the Cotswolds, pushing for a Michelin Star is looking for a Pastry Chef to join their team at this state of the art kitchen. This is a solo role and you will report directly into the Head Chef.
This Pastry Chef role on the Oxfordshire/Gloucestershire boarder is featured in many industry publications and their Head Chef is renowned as 'One to watch' in the Chef world. The private owned Gastro Inn features a modern British menu, focussing on seasons both in the main kitchen and with their pastry/dessert offering too.
The Head Chef of this establishment is looking for someone to really take on the pastry to next level. He will let you run the section how you want and will encourage you to be creative and to try some new things?
Working hours will be around 50 per week and working times are flexible, depending on the needs of the kitchen.
Salary being offered is in the region of £24-£25K + good tips. OTE £28K+. They also have Live in, which is heavily subsidised.
