An experienced Pastry Chef is required to join the kitchen of a country house hotel in Wiltshire
The Head Chef of a high class country house hotel is seeking a talented Pastry Chef to take control of the pastry section in the kitchen. In this role you will be preparing desserts for the fine dining, multi-award winning restaurant which has both tasting and 'a la carte’ menus which change regularly and you will be involved in the creation of the dessert menus alongside the Head Chef. However, this Pastry Chef position will also require you to cater for the relaxed dining restaurant, afternoon teas and for the exclusive events department.
All Pastry Chefs applying for this role should have been working at this level in a country house hotel environment where you were working to a minimum of two AA Rosette standards. A creative chef who enjoys keeping up to date with current trends but also has the ability to take control of a busy department would be ideal.
