An award winning country inn located in Oxfordshire is recruiting for a Pastry Chef position
The Head Chef of this multi-AA Rosette country inn is seeking a Pastry Chef to work within the team of eight chefs in place in the kitchen. In this Pastry Chef position you will be preparing the desserts for the set lunch menu and the 'a la carte’ evening menus as well as creating afternoon teas. The kitchen team are dedicated and passionate who are always working hard to continue to push the standards forward in order to gain further recognition and awards.
It is essential that all Pastry Chefs applying for this role have a stable background working in kitchens accredited with either three AA Rosettes or a Michelin Star. A full understanding of running a pastry section preparing modern British dishes is essential for this role.
