A Pastry Chef position is now available at a resort style hotel located in East Sussex
A very busy hotel with hosts a wide range of meetings and events as well as operating an award winning restaurant currently has the role of Pastry Chef available. Leading a team of two working on the pastry section you will be expected to teach and train the chef working under you so that they are capable of working to the high standards you implement on the section. In this Pastry Chef role you will be preparing a la carte desserts, function desserts, breads and afternoon teas whilst also having an input on creating new modern British dishes for the menus.
This is a great opportunity for a Pastry Chef to really take control of the pastry section at a high quality hotel operation. It is important that you have a similar background working in multi-outlet hotels with experience of cooking to multi-AA Rosette standards where you were also training and directing other chefs on the pastry section.
