They are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager/HR Business Partner to work alongside the business and deliver against the HR agenda and strategic priorities, which will include driving Performance Management and Talent Management across the business.
A few of the core responsibilities of the role are outlined below:
*Drive performance management, identify high potential and develop a retention plan.
*Enable the people development agenda (supporting performance management, identifying resource gaps and working with senior leaders with the introduction of performance reviews to ensure consistency across the business).
*Management of the promotion process and identify and meet development needs.
The most critical of the key people strategic deliverables for the firm, and in this role, will be in driving Performance Management and providing the skills required for each individual to achieve their goals and ambitions.
