Passenger Transport Training Development Officer x3
3 full time, permanent positions available:
Working for one of the UK's leading training providers and in partnership with a leading Transport Operator, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to someone's career.
Delivering the Passenger Transport Bus Driver Level 2 qualification, you will be responsible for high quality teaching, guidance, and support for learners, and to provide an excellent learning experience.
You will need to ensure that passenger transport curriculum that meets learners needs and is deliverable to the highest standard.
Remotely based, you will be confident in delivering in a classroom environment, to small groups and individuals.
Whilst maintaining your own caseload through their apprenticeship journey, you will also need to be able to help them achieve all aspects of their apprenticeship, including End Point Assessment.
- Valid PCV Licence
- Valid CPC
- Minimum of 5 years bus driving and working in a Senior or Management position
- Experience in teaching individuals and groups of learners
- Assessor or teaching qualification
- Relevant specialism qualifications
- Experience in preparing/creating curriculum and teaching materials
- Understanding of Apprenticeships and the change from frameworks to standards
