We are looking for an experience Senior Surveyor to join this wonderfully stylish and well-known architectural surveying firm in Central London.
Who will you be working for?
Our client is a specialist Central London consultancy working within six core areas of expertise, one of which is Party Walls.
What you will be doing?
You will be working on a range of projects and ensuring they run smoothly from initiation to completion. Varied position including responsibilities such as client liaison, site surveying and assessments,presentations, reporting and negotiations. This is a busy role where you will be involved in both residential and commercial projects around London.
To be successfully part of this team, you should have worked in a commercial surveying capacity with around 4-5 years experience. Understanding urban planning and design would be highly desirable and will allow you to share your knowledge within the role. Experience of report writing, especially Schedules of Conditions and Client reporting is essential. Employees of this company tend to be self-starters, very proactive people who can manage their own workload and keep clients abreast of developing situations. You should be people-centric, have a professional yet friendly attitude who clients and colleagues can depend on at all times. This is a busy role and you need to be able to work well under pressure and prioritise your day efficiently. Development opportunities could be available in the long term. The salary parameters are level of experience dependant.
