Parts Specialist

To provide parts support to the Service Department and external customers

• To identify and co-ordinate all parts requirements and ensure delivery to ‘point of use’ for service personnel
• Carry out Goods Receipting/Dispatch including service and customer “…core” to ensure the requirements of the Service Department and external customers are met
• To support (as required) all customer parts sales and support activity via front counter, phone and fax to include pick/pack customer orders
• To ensure all Service Department and customer Core requirements are met, ensuring all non-conforming/warranty and PIR material is clearly labelled/located and disposed of as per instructions
• Ongoing maintenance of Engineer van stock, to include regular van audits
• Identification and procurement of all non-Cummins material as required

Industry knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Strong parts system experience
Cummins product and systems knowledge or similar
Working within warehouse and workshop environment
Good standard of numeracy and literacy
Business studies or business administration qualification Desirable Fork-truck licence
