Our client, a busy accident and repair centre in the Wimbledon area is looking for an experienced Parts Manager.

The Parts Manager’s day to day duties will include:

  • Oversee the parts department and is responsible for maximising profitability.
  • Responsible for controlling and maintaining stocks, equipment and ensuring that all required parts for any repair are available in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Minimising the risk of financial loss to the company.
  • Lead and develop the team to create a motivational working environment, encourage continuous improvement and promote enhanced performance in colleagues.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful track record within the role, ideally with Bodyshop Parts Advisor (senior) or Parts Manager. You must have strong leadership and management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives.
