This retail group pride themselves in offering the best working environments available and excel in the training and development of all its colleagues and in turn are now seeking an exceptional Parts Manager applicant looking to take on the challenge at this large volume operation.

As the Parts Manager;

  • You will manage all aspects of the parts department
  • Mentor and motivate the team of advisors and support staff
  • Oversee the parts stock inventory
  • Drive supply to external customers and through the onsite workshop
  • Proactively support the Aftersales Manager
  • Represent the company in a highly professional manner

Applications are encouraged from candidates who are currently in a Parts Manager role or perhaps in an Aftersales management position. To be considered for this role, current experience in managing a large parts operation within an automotive car or van dealership is essential

A basic salary in the region of £24,000 plus an excellent payplan to get the OTE to circa £28,000. Working hard comes with the reward of a fun environment and regular recognition.
