My client, a successful commercial vehicle dealership has an exciting opportunity at one of their busy sites. The company prides itself on delivering a consistently high standard of customer care at all times, and is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team. 

Main Job Function of Parts Advisor: 
As a Parts Advisor you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public. Receive customer enquiries by telephone and in person, and successfully convert these into bookings maximising sales and profitability by selling core, value added and incremental products. To accurately record vehicle information, service history, and effectively follow-up and prospect customers. 

Experience Required for Parts Advisor: 
Must have excellent IT skills - Kerridge Systems would be ideal but not essential
Experience within the motor industry parts environment is essential, Commercial Vehicle environment would be an advantage
A willingness and enthusiasm to succeed and a drive to be the best

The hours for the Parts Advisor will be 40 hours a week between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00 on a rota and there will be some Saturdays also on a rota basis.
