Parts Advisor - Motor Trade
Salary: Basic + bonus
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor for our client's main dealer site in the Stafford area.
Working in this busy main dealer you role will be to deal with both retail and trade customers to source the right Parts for the customer's needs. You will be working closely with the Service Manager and Service department to deliver the highest levels of customer service.
This Parts Advisor role will entail general duty within the parts department so whether it's booking in parts, dealing with customers or even working on the back counter. As you are representing the brand you must always be smart and professional in manner.
We are looking for either someone with proven experience within the Parts department gained in a Franchised Dealer environment, although we will look at an individual from an independent that can show the ambition and ability to take on the position.
Candidates need to have recent Parts Advisor experience ideally from a main dealer background and will not be afraid to pick up the phone and drum up new business, there might be an element of cold calling involved.
