Parts Assistant, Parts Advisor £18-19k Aldridge based, Monday - Friday

My fleet automotive client is looking for an experienced parts assistant / advisor to join their busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all incoming and outgoing calls are dealt with appropriately In line with the company’s procedure.

Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all parts administration, and maintain stock items. Achieve all objectives for the Parts dept. and operate within the company guidelines and policies at all times

Greet customers and visitors courteously, professionally and in a timely manner.

Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, colleagues, suppliers and external representatives.

Building relationships with customers in order to generate sales both face to face and over the phone.

Deal with and resolve customer queries in line with company guidelines and instructions.

Carry out daily tasks assigned to the job.


Computer literacy
Literacy, numeracy
Timekeeping, accuracy and efficiency
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer focus
Kerridge or onelinke advantageous
